Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
Switchr is built to keep your work private. Your footage and audio are processed entirely on your Mac and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
Your footage and projects
Video, audio, transcripts and timelines you create with Switchr stay on your computer. We do not collect, view, store or transmit your media or project files.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can send your licence key and provide support. We never see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to the information it collects.
Licence activation
When you activate Switchr, the app sends your licence key and a device identifier to Lemon Squeezy's licensing service to confirm the key is valid and limit it to one Mac. No footage or project information is included.
This website
switchrapp.net is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails you send us
If you contact support, we keep your messages so we can help you and follow up. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing switchrappadmin@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
