Terms of Use

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use Switchr. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Your licence

While your subscription is active, you may install and use Switchr on one Mac per licence key, for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, share, rent or redistribute the app or your licence key, or try to bypass its licensing.

Subscriptions and billing

Switchr is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and receipts. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We may change prices in future, and will tell you in advance; changes apply from your next renewal.

Requirements

Switchr requires a compatible Mac and a separately purchased copy of Final Cut Pro. Please check the system requirements before you subscribe.

Your content

You own your footage and everything you make with Switchr. Switchr suggests an edit; you are responsible for reviewing it and for having the rights to the material you use.

No warranty

Switchr is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or suit every project. Always keep backups of your original media.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or footage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Switchr in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

We may suspend a licence that breaks these terms. You can stop using Switchr and cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. Questions? Email switchrappadmin@gmail.com.
