Refund Policy

We want Switchr to earn its place in your workflow. If it doesn't work out, here's how refunds and cancellations work.

Refunds

If Switchr isn't right for you, email us within [REFUND WINDOW] days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Please include your order number.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within [RENEWAL WINDOW] days and we'll look at it with you.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, your licence key is deactivated.
